Korea checkup editorial standards
Mirebom Checkup Society is an editorial name for this public-information project, with rules and gaps disclosed alongside the content.
Korea Checkup Guide separates a reference rule comparison from an individual NHIS decision. Use the source-specific conditions for the screening year.

Who edits Korea Checkup Guide?
Mirebom Checkup Society is the editorial name; no legal entity, clinical credential, membership or institutional endorsement is claimed.
Korea Checkup Guide reads public screening rules for foreign residents and visitors. It has no clinic-ranking system, booking channel, referral fee or affiliate link. Questions about personal eligibility remain with NHIS and the responsible screening program.
The contact address is info@kcheckupguide.org. Domain ownership and the working mailbox require confirmation before public deployment. Do not send medical records or identifying documents to report a wording error.
Which sources and rights guide publication?
Official rules supply factual conditions; source paragraphs, photographs and restricted-use tables are not reproduced.
The KDCA reference page states a Korea Open Government License Type4 condition. Its images and wording are not copied or translated here. Legal conditions and numerical facts are independently structured, with links back to the official documents.
Numerical publication waits for a source file and a verified reuse basis. The received hero image and favicon belong to the project asset set; the displayed room is illustrative and does not identify a recommended institution.
What information is processed by the tools and server?
Calculator birth year, sex and choices stay in browser memory. Optional server request logs are a separate process.
No calculator value is placed in the URL, browser storage or an outbound form request. There is no registration or personal medical-history field. Ordinary page requests still reach the hosting server.
If AI_AGENT_LOG_URL and AI_AGENT_LOG_KEY are configured, server-side request telemetry sends the request URL, timestamp, IP address, user agent, referrer and available country field to the configured collector. Calculator entries are not included. Hosting and collector retention policies must be set by the operator before deployment.
Which checkup numerical snapshots are available?
Official rule references are verified; numerical institution, population, patient and participation snapshots have not yet been collected.
A pending cell does not mean zero. No line, rank or per-population estimate is generated from an absent observation. The interface allows a region or year to be selected so the intended comparison is clear, then states the missing source material.
Publication requires the original file or authenticated API response, retrieval date, version, row count and usable license. A successful response from a data-catalog page verifies the catalog, not the numeric records behind it. Draft numerical pages stay outside the public sitemap.
| Dataset | Required fields | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| NHIS institutions | Region code, screening type, reference date, institution unit | Not collected |
| Population denominators | Same region code/date, resident/foreign definition | Not collected |
| KHIDI patients | Year, nationality, department count, compatible total | Not collected |
| NHIS participation | Program, eligible, examined, year | Not collected |
What can a screening estimate not decide?
A rule comparison does not diagnose, book a visit or retrieve an individual NHIS record.
A birth year, sex and insurance category cannot capture previous tests, risk-group registration, treatment-related deferrals or changes during the year. Conditional items remain conditional even when their age threshold is met.
Korea Checkup Guide uses no patient name, ID number, full birth date or contact form. Calculator fields stay in browser memory. Optional server-side request logging is described separately in the editorial and privacy information.
What else do people ask about Korea checkup editorial standards?
Can foreign insured residents use national screening?
Eligible foreign insured residents use the applicable NHIS program conditions. Nationality alone does not replace current insurance and target records.
Is the calculator an official eligibility lookup?
No. It compares published rules locally and has no access to personal NHIS records or employer lists.
Why can a past test change the answer?
Some items are offered once in an age band, while treatment or a previous examination can affect selection or deferral.
Can an annual worker get every cancer test annually?
The annual non-office rule applies to general screening. Cancer programs retain their own age, risk and interval conditions.
Does a blank statistic mean zero?
No. Blank numerical snapshots are uncollected or incompatible records and are never replaced with estimated observations.
